Toned and athletic: five names built by what they do
Five women on this register are athletic rather than simply slim, and in each case it comes from something she actually does. Running along a canal, swimming before the city wakes up, a sport still played rather than reminisced about. None of it is a gym membership bought in January.
They range from 158 cm to 172, so this is a list about build and not about size. What they tend to share is stamina, which sounds like a strange thing to want from an evening until you have spent one with somebody who flagged at ten o'clock.
Angelika and Laura
Angelika is 172 cm and athletic, black hair kept straight, and she still plays her sport rather than talking about it. She arrives ten minutes early and uses them. Laura is 169 cm, built by long runs along the canal instead of by any gym, green eyed and sun-kissed light brown, and she is the easiest company in a strange city after a long day of travel.
Nora and Sonya
Nora is 166 cm and athletic, honey blonde with hazel eyes, and she is up before the rest of the city, which is why she takes morning bookings as well as early evenings. Sonya is 162 cm and athletic, dark brown worn straight, early thirties, and she has a real talent for the old rooms of the square mile. She is away briefly and the desk is taking dates.
Tina
Tina is 158 cm and athletic, espresso brown haired, and the shortest name on the whole register. She works the City from six on weekdays, likes an arcade drink and an alley walk, and will happily start early if that suits your morning better than a late finish would.
Where the five work
Marylebone, Paddington, the City of London and Bank and Monument. Two of the five live in the district they work, and all five travel anywhere the desk publishes with the journey counted inside the figure rather than added to it afterwards.
